When you open this workflow, you need to upload 3 images. The first image is a portrait for face swapping (the face of the generated image), the second image is an image used as a reference for prompts (reference style, composition, imagery, etc.), and the third image can be a skeleton image or a multi-view image (you can use the default skeleton image), that's it.
