Video keyframe redraw

This is an application that repaints the first frame of a video into a highly polished character portrait.

Upload a video, and the application will automatically extract the first frame, detect the subject area, and combine pose, depth, and LoRA style information to perform inpainting on the subject. The final output is a single image better suited as a character showcase, reference sheet, or stylized illustration. The current workflow leans towards mecha / sci-fi / cybernetic prosthesis styles.

Recommended usage:

• Choose video clips where the subject is clear, facing forward, or close to it
• Best suited for single-person, single-subject videos; multi-person frames are not recommended
• The more complete the subject is in the first frame, the more stable the repainting result usually is
• To preserve the original action and structure, avoid uploading videos with heavy occlusion or chaotic camera movements
• The current workflow leans toward mecha style. If you want to create a completely versatile character portrait, you will need to subsequently modify LoRA or the prompt strategy
