This is an application that completely redraws the first frame of a video into a highly polished character artwork.

Upload a video and a style reference image, and the application will automatically extract the first frame. By combining pose, depth, and reference image features, it performs a complete redrawing of the entire frame, ultimately outputting a single image better suited as a character showcase, character sheet, or styled portrait. It is ideal for achieving the effect of "preserving the original video's character structure and pose, but entirely regenerating the visual style based on another image."

Recommended usage:

• Choose input videos with clear subjects, ideally front-facing or near front-facing.
Choose reference images with a single subject, distinct style, and clean composition.
• Best suited for single-person, single-subject videos; multi-person scenes are not recommended.
• The more complete the subject is in the first frame, the more stable the overall redraw result tends to be.
• To preserve original motion and structure, try to avoid videos with heavy occlusion or chaotic camera movements.
