This is an application that repaints the first frame of a video into a high-completion character artwork.

Upload a video and a reference style image. The app will automatically extract the first frame of the video, identify the main subject area, and combine pose, depth, and reference image features to perform local Inpainting on the subject. It ultimately outputs a single image better suited as a character showcase, concept art, or stylized portrait. It is ideal for achieving the effect of "keeping the character structure and pose of the original video, but regenerating the overall style based on another image."

Recommended usage:

• Choose input videos with a clear subject, ideally front-facing or near front-facing
• Choose reference images with a single subject, distinct style, and clean composition
• Best suited for single-person, single-subject videos; multi-person videos are not recommended
• The more complete the subject is in the first frame, the more stable the Inpainting result tends to be
• To preserve the original motion and structure, try to avoid videos with heavy occlusions or messy camera movements
