This "RunningHub Paid Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is jointly established by you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and RunningHub, and is legally binding on both parties. RunningHub strongly recommends that you carefully read the entire content of this Agreement, especially the terms presented in bold, which may significantly affect your rights (including those related to RunningHub's responsibilities, your rights, dispute resolution methods, and jurisdiction). Please pay special attention to them. If you believe that the bold terms of this Agreement may harm part or all of your rights or interests, please carefully reconsider. You may only continue using RunningHub's paid services after confirming that you have understood and accepted these bold terms.
If you disagree with any part or all of this Agreement, please do not proceed with any form of confirmation (including but not limited to making payments, accepting gifts, completing the entire process of using services, and not raising any objections to this Agreement during this process) or use RunningHub's services. Once you proceed with confirmation or use RunningHub's services, it means that you and RunningHub have established a contractual relationship, you voluntarily accept this Agreement, and you agree to comply with all terms set forth herein.
RunningHub reserves the right to modify the content of this Agreement. Once the content of this Agreement changes, RunningHub will notify you through the appropriate page or other reasonable means. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with the modified content, you have the right to stop using the services. If you continue to use the services, it is considered that you agree to all the modified content. The updated Agreement takes effect from the date of the update.
If you are a minor, please read and decide whether to agree to this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.
1. Service Nature: RunningHub is an AIGC service product provided by HONG KONG HUIZE TECHNOLOGY CO.，LIMITED, and the services offered to you are based on the opening of a membership, as well as the purchase and consumption of RHcoins. The specific form and content of the services are subject to what is actually provided by the RunningHub platform.
2. Service Adjustment: RunningHub has the right to adjust part or all of the services based on laws and regulations, regulatory policies, operating strategies, user needs, etc. This includes but is not limited to service content, service methods, and fee standards. For such adjustments, RunningHub will notify you in a reasonable manner, such as displaying it on the service page. Users can enjoy or continue the service after paying the adjusted service fee. Users who have already purchased services at the original fee standard will not be affected during their acquired validity period.
1. Service Acquisition
1.1 RunningHub is a paid service. You can access various services of RunningHub by paying the corresponding fees to activate membership or purchase RHcoins. Payment methods include, but are not limited to, third-party payment options, subject to the actual methods supported by RunningHub.
1.2 During the process of obtaining the service, you must comply with laws, regulations, and the provisions of this Agreement, and you must not infringe the legal rights of third parties or RunningHub. It is strictly prohibited to acquire the service through any of the following methods:
For commercial or non-personal use purposes.
Using false or stolen information to register an account.
Using automated programs, scripts, or software like bots or spiders.
Disposing of RHcoins or services through borrowing, renting, selling, sharing, or transferring without RunningHub's permission.
Engaging in improper means or violating the principle of good faith, such as exploiting rule loopholes, system vulnerabilities, abusing user identity, engaging in black-market activities, or speculation.
Damaging or exploiting the rules related to RunningHub's services.
RunningHub solemnly declares that any unauthorized sale, lease, or similar transfer of service rights is an infringement, and RunningHub reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
2. Usage Principles
2.1 During your use of RunningHub services, you must comply with laws, regulations, and other normative documents, maintain public order, and respect social morality. It is strictly prohibited to engage in activities that harm national security, honor, and interests, incite subversion of state power, overthrow the socialist system, incite separatism, disrupt national unity, promote terrorism and extremism, spread ethnic hatred and discrimination, disseminate violent or obscene information, fabricate or spread false information to disrupt economic order and social order, and infringe others' reputation, privacy, intellectual property, and other legal rights. If you engage in such activities, RunningHub has the right to terminate the services.
2.2 Unless otherwise agreed, RunningHub grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, and time-limited license to use the service. This means you can only use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.3 You explicitly acknowledge and agree not to provide your account for use by others in any manner, including but not limited to transferring, renting, lending, sharing, or selling, to prevent misuse in activities like using the service. Otherwise, you shall bear all legal consequences and liabilities arising therefrom. Additionally, if such behavior results in account loss, leakage, tampering, theft, or triggers abnormal account status or bans due to multi-device login, remote login, or RunningHub's security measures, you shall bear the losses. Moreover, RunningHub reserves the right to decide whether to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you based on your breach of this agreement.
1. Service Rights
The service rights provided by RunningHub include but are not limited to access to specific features and resource acquisition, with the specific content subject to the service description page or what is actually provided by the platform. RunningHub reserves the right to adjust the service rights based on various factors, including but not limited to changes in laws, regulations, regulatory policies, operational strategies, and user needs. When making adjustments, RunningHub will notify you in an appropriate manner and will endeavor to minimize the impact on your existing service rights.
2. Additional Payments
2.1 During the use of the service, if you run out of purchased RHcoins, you can choose to buy additional RHcoins to continue using the service. For services that require additional payments, RunningHub will provide a clear notification. Please carefully read the relevant notices before deciding whether to purchase.
2.2 Please be reminded that the services you purchase have a certain validity period after the payment is completed (Membership is based on its validity period, The separately purchased RHcoins are valid for one year). Please use them in time, as no refunds will be provided for the fees paid if the validity period expires, regardless of whether you have used the service or not. Additionally, you understand and agree that RunningHub reserves the right to make part or all of the additional paid content available for free to users after a certain period, as needed for its operational strategy.
3. Virtual Products
During the service period, you may obtain or be gifted virtual products such as RHcoins, cards, coupons, vouchers, and benefit coupons. These virtual products can only be used for specific purposes announced through RunningHub's official channels and are subject to limitations such as expiration dates and usage methods. They cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, transferred, bought, sold, exchanged, or used as collateral, and they cannot be restored once used. Please refer to the usage rules displayed on the service page for each virtual product for specific instructions.
Additionally, please be aware that RunningHub reserves the right to price virtual products based on legal, regulatory, and policy requirements, or as necessary for product operation, and to change or adjust their forms, types, acquisition and usage methods, scope, and rules according to the product's operational conditions. RunningHub will provide announcements or notifications through reasonable means, and it is advised that you review the relevant instructions carefully when obtaining and using virtual products.
4. Participation in Activities
During the service period, you have the right to participate in activities organized by RunningHub and enjoy the various benefits provided by RunningHub. The specific content and rules of activities and benefits are subject to RunningHub's actual provisions.
5. Discount Policies
RunningHub may, based on actual operational conditions, provide discounts such as extensions or rights upgrades for services purchased during different periods that remain valid. Specific discount policies will be announced on the relevant service page.
6. Usage Rules
When accessing and using RunningHub services (including participating in activities), you should follow the processes and platform rules announced through RunningHub's official channels:
6.1 Do not illegally obtain services (including but not limited to part or all service rights, accounts) and/or participate in activities to obtain benefits (including but not limited to service rights, virtual products, physical goods, service exchange codes, etc.) through unauthorized or unannounced means, methods, or channels by RunningHub.
6.2 Do not participate in activities or obtain benefits through improper means or ways that violate the principle of good faith (such as exploiting rule loopholes, using system bugs, abusing user identity, black market activities, speculation, or other means that deviate from the original intent of RunningHub's services or activities).
If you violate the above provisions, RunningHub reserves the right to delete, cancel, or reset the benefits you have obtained and to terminate the provision of services to you. Any losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
7. Service Duration
7.1 The duration of the membership service you enjoy is determined by the length of time corresponding to the membership fee you choose and pay on your own. This period starts to be calculated from the moment you become a member. You can freely browse the relevant pages of RunningHub membership to check. It should be noted that this period will not be extended due to circumstances such as your non-use of the membership service. When the membership service period expires, RunningHub will no longer continue to provide you with membership services. If you have activated the auto-renewal service and successfully renewed it before the expiration of the service period, then the membership service period will be extended on the basis of the original service period. For the auto-renewal membership service, before the expiration of the service validity period within the current cycle, you have the right to unilaterally stop the auto-renewal; meanwhile, RunningHub may also unilaterally stop providing you with the auto-renewal service according to the needs of its operation strategy. At that time, the membership service period will end on the date when the current service cycle expires.
1. Payment Method
RunningHub's services are paid services. You can make payments using methods supported by RunningHub, such as third-party payment platforms. Please note that if you use a communication account linked to your account for payment, this payment method is classified as a collection by the third-party operator, which may carry certain commercial risks (e.g., illegal activities conducted using your account or bank card). You bear any economic losses that may result from such risks.
2. Refunds
RunningHub services are considered online and virtual products. The payment you make is for the corresponding price of the service, rather than as a deposit, advance payment, or a savings card. Once the service is activated, it is non-refundable (unless there are severe defects in the service that render it unusable, as stipulated in this agreement, required by law, or if RunningHub agrees to a refund under special circumstances).
RunningHub advises you to double-check account details, service content, pricing, service period, and other relevant information before purchasing a service.
3. If you voluntarily terminate or cancel the service during its valid period, RunningHub reserves the right not to refund any fees corresponding to the remaining service period.
4. If, while using RunningHub’s services (whether free or paid), you deliberately engage in behavior that harms the legal interests of RunningHub, the RunningHub platform, or other RunningHub users, or if you violate the provisions of the RunningHub User Agreement, RunningHub reserves the right to cancel or interrupt one or more services without any compensation. RunningHub also reserves the right to pursue legal actions against you.
5. Changes to Fees
The payment methods and standards for services (including additional purchases) are independently determined by RunningHub based on operational costs, strategies, and other factors. Adjustments (e.g., promotions, price increases) may be made accordingly. Any changes to the pricing method or standards will be displayed on the relevant product and payment pages. If the pricing method changes when you purchase or renew a service, the method supported by RunningHub at that time will apply. If the service price is adjusted, the valid price published on the RunningHub platform will apply (except in cases where RunningHub has agreed otherwise with you).
1. Prohibited Conduct
When using RunningHub services, you must not:
1.1 Modify service content, service period, payment amounts, transaction status, etc., through technical means without explicit authorization from RunningHub.
1.2 Provide the service to others using unauthorized means (e.g., loaning, renting, selling, sharing, or transferring).
1.3 Hack, alter, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disable any security measures used by RunningHub to protect the service.
1.4 Display the service content (whether free or for a fee) in any public setting without authorization, except in non-infringing scenarios.
1.5 Engage in any other unauthorized actions not permitted by RunningHub, or actions that violate this agreement, laws, regulations, or policies, or infringe on the rights of third parties or RunningHub.
2. Breach Handling
If you engage in actions that violate national laws, regulations, policies, or this agreement, or if your actions damage the reputation or interests of RunningHub or its affiliates, RunningHub reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:
2.1 Handle the situation as specified in separate terms of this agreement for specific behaviors.
2.2 Take measures to prevent your actions and their consequences, such as removing or blocking related links or content, restricting or canceling your account or access rights.
2.3 Interrupt or terminate some or all services without refunding any fees paid, and you will not be entitled to any form of compensation.
2.4 If your actions result in any loss to RunningHub or its affiliates, you will be responsible for full compensation and must complete the payment within the time frame requested by RunningHub.
1. Circumstances of Suspension or Termination: Situations that may lead to suspension or termination of services include:
1.1 Your voluntary request.
1.2 Your violation of national laws, regulations, or policies, or this agreement, or actions that harm the reputation or interests of RunningHub or its affiliates.
1.3 RunningHub complying with laws, regulations, or orders from authorized authorities.
1.4 Emergency needs to maintain account or system security.
1.5 Force majeure events (events that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, such as laws, regulations, policies, government orders, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, wars, strikes, etc.).
1.6 Other circumstances beyond the control of RunningHub.
2. Handling
If the above circumstances occur, RunningHub will negotiate with you according to legal regulations to address the related matters.
1. RunningHub recognizes the importance of personal information to you and is committed to protecting it with great care. RunningHub will take relevant technical and security measures to safeguard your personal information during your use of its services.
2. Protection of Minors
2.1 If you are a minor, you should read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of a guardian, and only use the service with their consent.
2.2 Guardians should teach minors about safe online practices to prevent potential risks. If a guardian allows a minor to use the service, they should make purchases in the guardian's name and provide proper guidance and supervision. The minor's use of the service and the rights and obligations under this agreement are considered to have the guardian's consent.
2.3 RunningHub advises minors to use the service wisely, differentiate between the online world and reality, and avoid excessive use that could affect their daily learning and life.
2.4 For more details on the processing and protection of personal information, users can refer to the full Privacy Policy on the RunningHub platform.
To ensure you receive information related to this agreement and the services, you agree that RunningHub may notify you through one or more of the following methods: website announcements, page prompts, pop-up messages, notifications through official accounts, or through contact information you provided (e.g., text messages, emails). Notifications are considered delivered once sent by RunningHub. If multiple notification methods are used, the earliest time of delivery prevails.
Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and pay attention to any notifications, as they may have significant positive or negative impacts on you.

1. This agreement's formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. If disputes arise during the signing or performance of this agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve them amicably; if unsuccessful, either party may file a lawsuit with a court having jurisdiction over the defendant's location.
3. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid due to conflicts with current Chinese laws, the validity of the remaining parts will not be affected.
4. The titles of this agreement are provided for ease of reading and understanding only and do not affect the meaning and interpretation of the provisions.
