Today, I’m introducing how to use the crop method for head replacement in Qwen Edit 2509, which makes head replacement extremely simple.

The so-called crop method for head replacement involves taking two images where head replacement is needed, cropping out the head from the image to be replaced, then cropping the desired head from another image. Input these into the workflow, and with prompt words, you can achieve head replacement.

In this screen, the image at the bottom left is the one to be replaced. We need to crop the image to get only the required head part, and then crop the head out from the image at the top left. After that, run the Qwen Edit 2509 workflow with prompt words, and you’ll get the image on the right with the replaced head.

To crop images, you can use many non-AI software tools, even basic drawing software.

It’s worth noting that sometimes the lighting and color of the head may differ significantly from the body part, which could result in poor replacement effects. In such cases, you can use related software for adjustments.
