I've tried every hand repair workflow out there and none gave me results as good as this. I did a lot of testing to make this workflow. You can adjust the mask size and blur depending on your image so it doesn't mess up the surrounding areas. You can also change the mask prompt and text prompt to change other things in the photo besides hands and feet.
