First, enlarge the image to high definition, then use PS to cut out the hands and face that need to be modified, and enlarge them to a resolution of 1024 or higher. This step is very important; otherwise, no matter how much you edit a small image, it won't look good. Local adjustments can be manually added with mask effects for better results. Adjust the denoise value appropriately; the larger the value, the greater the deviation. A value below 0.5 is closer to the original image. After the image is edited, paste it back into PS and erase the edge pixels to ensure the pasted area's pixels blend well with the original image.
